Product tour

One data point. Three departments. Zero re-typing.

The same measurement that lands on the live dashboard becomes a reduced point with stated uncertainty, a published curve, a compliance rating, and a line on a customer quote. Follow it through.

01 · Test data management

Capture everything. Lose nothing.

  • Live capture sessions. The edge device streams every channel at rate; sessions group samples per run and every stand gets a live view.
  • Raw → reduced, with uncertainty. Cluster raw scatter into reduced test points; every number carries Type A + Type B uncertainty, expanded at k=2.
  • Calibration built in. Reductions snapshot the calibration of every instrument in the loop. Six months later you can prove exactly what measured what.
  • Legacy files welcome. CSV and DBF drops from older DAQs import through the same pipeline as live streams.

02 · For engineering

Curves you can defend. Compliance you can prove.

  • Published curves. Fit polynomials from reduced data, flatten droop where standards demand it, and publish the curve as a versioned engineering artifact tied to its source test.
  • Regulatory efficiency. DOE PEI/CEI for pumps computed from the same reduced data — no side spreadsheet, extensible per equipment category.
  • Provenance end to end. Every published number traces back through reduction parameters and instrument calibrations to raw samples.
  • Certified reports. Test report PDFs with curves, headline metrics, and the calibration certificates appended — ready for the witness’s signature.

03 · For sales

Quote what you actually tested.

  • Duty-point selection. Your customers enter flow and head; the engine searches published curves, interpolates trims and speeds by affinity laws, and ranks candidates by efficiency at duty.
  • Configure and price. Options, rules, and price books turn a selection into a quote — with the price-book version pinned to the quote for audit.
  • Datasheets on demand. Customer-branded PDF datasheets rendered from the published curve, not from a marketing copy of it.
  • Portal roles. Dealers and end customers get portal-scoped accounts that see the configurator and nothing else.

See it with your own test data.

Signup seeds your workspace with pre-built workflows for pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, and motors — and you can define custom workflows for any use case.
