Analytics — only with your consent
We record anonymous page views to understand how the site is used. Because a page view includes your IP address — which is personal data under the GDPR — we record nothing at all until you press Accept on the consent banner. If you press Reject, or make no choice, no visit is recorded and no IP leaves your browser for analytics. Our lawful basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Where you consent, we store: the page path, the referring URL, your browser user-agent, your IP address, and a timestamp. These records are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Signing up
When you create a workspace we process the details you enter (company, subdomain, admin name and email, chosen plan) to provision your tenant and start billing. You must accept this notice at signup; we record the time you did. This processing is necessary to provide the service you requested (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Contact form
Messages you send via the contact form (name, email, company, message) are used only to reply to you.
Your rights
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the button above. To access, correct, or erase data we hold about you, email privacy@anviltdm.com.
